The MP3 files will not move from list window to burn list for Audio CD. How do I correct this?

Typically, when you add MP3 files to the list and then start the burning process, nothing happens visually, except an indicator provides status info about the burning. If the software doesn't have some sort of animation to visually indicate the files movies, then there is nothing unusual. The process will continue in the background and the files will be transferred to the CD unless an error appears that could cause the burning to stop.
Disk Creator reports that it failed to create the data disk - however, data is copied on CD and is being read even on other computers. Could it come from me turning off the autorun facility on my laptop?

The autorun option simply allows you to open the contents on a disc with an associated application. If the CD can be accessed and its content copied, then it means it has problems closing the session. It's not a problem but there could be DVD/CD drives that will have problems reading the CD. Try to change the disc and burn it again and see what is its behavior. If the error persists, switch the burning application to an alternative. There are plenty of them available.
I have a Toshiba laptop and I tried to use the Toshiba Disc Creator but I couldn't find any option to burn an MP3 file. Is this option available on this software?

You can create a disk with MP3 files on it using this way:
First go to File -> New -> Data CD, then go to File -> New -> Audio CD. You can choose the one that suits your necessities the best.

You can look in the Help menu of the software for Check for updates or check the official homepage of the developer for additional downloads. Sure it does. You have to go to File -> New -> Data CD, select the FLAC files that you want on your CD then just simply burn the disk.
